Genius Office Hours?

Today was not my day when it came to electronics. My phone was acting up in its typical way and when I got about 4 blocks from home my ipod froze. I tried hitting just about every button. No luck. The thing didn't even want to go to sleep. I had never done anything to my ipod besides treat it with care so I was confused on why it decided to give me a silent commute.

I had a meeting with my adviser around lunch. He asked me how my day was - and I told him about the ipod. He asked me if I had tried to reboot it yet. I replied that I didn't really want to erase all my songs. He explain that rebooting didn't erase anything. Then he fixed my ipod.
