cmouseI'm fed up with the Brandeis library. They say I have a book overdue. I'm almost certain I returned the book (I have more place to look). But if they lose a book that I was the last person to take out, I'm responsible. This seems very arrogant on their part. I don't know of a library which has never lost a book.
Ok. So it might be sitting on my desk. In which case I should be able to renew it. But you can only renew books using a pin number which is assigned to you but never told to you. If you want to know your pin number, you must go to the library and give them a picture ID. You can't renew over the phone.
